YORS Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

At YORS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, we offer returns, refunds, and replacements under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for a partial refund or denial of the return, depending on the extent of the damage.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at yorsbusiness0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer replacements at no additional cost under the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging, to yorsbusiness0@gmail.com along with your order number.
- Once we verify the issue, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
- For defective or damaged items, YORS will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
- Tracking & Delivery: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they will have the most up-to-date details.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been shipped, YORS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a package is marked as ‘Delivered’ but not received, please contact the shipping carrier. If you need further assistance, you may reach us at yorsbusiness0@gmail.com.
- Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. YORS is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
- Refunds & Reshipments: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
Certain items cannot be returned or replaced, including:
- Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
