Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that selecting an expedited shipping option does not speed up the processing time—only the transit time after your order has been shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.
Holiday Shipping Delays
We do not process or ship orders on major holidays. During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and delivery.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they will have the most up-to-date details.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been shipped, YORS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If a package is marked as ‘Delivered’ but not received, please contact the shipping carrier. If you need further assistance, you may contact us at yorsbusiness0@gmail.com.
- Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. YORS is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.
- Refunds & Reshipments: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
