YORS provides product sales. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information.

  • YORS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Refunds / Replacements

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods.

  • Refunds or replacements are available if your item arrives upon delivery damaged or broken. To request a refund or replacement:

    1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    2. Email the photos and your order number to yorsbusiness0@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

    3. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. YORS is not responsible for carrier-related delays or losses but will assist in filing a claim if needed.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use YORS for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with YORS' services or security.

  • Misuse, copy, or distribute YORS' content without permission.

  • YORS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.

  • We do not guarantee that our products will meet all customer expectations beyond their stated descriptions.

  • YORS makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, rather than court litigation, except for claims eligible for small claims court.

  • You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against YORS.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of YORS after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
